Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience using DAT-MAIL
• Knowledgeable in current USPS programs for PostalOne!, Web Services, Intelligent Mail, FAST, Priority Mail Open & Distribute is a plus
• Able to work efficiently from home without continual supervision
• Courteous, energetic, goal-oriented and supportive
• Able to communicate effectively with callers and colleagues
• Strong computer skills – (We use MS Office Suite, CRM, GoToAssist, GoToMeeting, ...)
