One of the very best resources for timely, impartial postal news is PostCom, the Association for Postal Commerce.  Window Book is a PostCom member, with member benefits such as a terrific newsletter and access to Members Only areas of the PostCom website.  The PostCom website has a great links list in addition to the current news. 

An article in the March 16^th PostCom newsletter speculates that an upcoming closed postal Board of Governors meeting may indicate that a rate case filing is imminent.  Although few expect the rate case to be filed prior to the Postal Forum in early April, April and May still remain the most likely time frame for filing. 

We will be keeping a close eye on this next rate case, as it is expected to be much more complex than the last one.  The USPS always keeps things interesting…
