Postal Affairs

Last week I had the opportunity to spend several days at the USPS National Customer Service Center for the MAC/PAVE Software Developers conference.  This conference was primarily to disseminate information concerning the new rate proposals, and the associated updates in mail preparation and required presort documentation.  Information was shared and discussed concerning proposed changes to standardized documentation (Postage Statements, Qualification Reports, etc.)

It was nice to meet many of the folks I have worked with from Business Mail Acceptance, PostalOne!, and other areas of the Postal Service in person.  The program was very informative and worthwhile.  We'll be getting going on the required changes with the terrific information received at these meetings.
