Our Periodicals mailing standards proposal we published on usps.com/ratecase is included in today’s print and online versions of the Federal Register [PDF] | [TXT]. We encourage you to review and comment on our proposal as you prepare for the July 15 Periodicals pricing change. Please send your written comments on or before April 25, 2007, to the Manager of Mailing Standards, U.S. Postal Service, 475 L’Enfant Plaza SW RM 3436, Washington DC 20260-3436. We will consider and respond to all comments in our final rule.
