1-3 years of experience using DAT-MAIL, Knowledgeable in current USPS programs for PostalOne!, Web Services, Intelligent Mail, FAST, Priority Mail Open & Distribute is a plus. Able to work efficiently from home without supervision, courteous, energetic, goal-oriented and supportive. Able to communicate effectively with callers and colleagues. Must possess strong computer skills – (We use MS Office Suite, CRM, GoToAssist, GoToMeeting, ...)

1-3 years experience using Postal Package Partner, strong general computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM, GoToAssist, GoToMeeting, SQL, Scale and printer drivers. Must be a fast learner, goal oriented and eager to learn new software as needed. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. Must be able to work from home without supervision. Postal One!™ experience is a requirement.
