Qualified individual should have:

Essential Administrative Duties
  • Organize and manage multiple projects
  • Manage Outlook calendar, coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for CEO and other executives
  • Read and correspond as necessary to the CEO’s emails
  • Compose, edit, and distribute correspondence
  • Liaison to in-house and outside contacts
  • Sort, scan, file mail, contracts, documents and other tasks relating to archiving
  • Create reports, spreadsheets, flowcharts, tables, graphs and other forms of presentation as needed (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, CRM tools and other skills will be required)
  • Manage highly confidential business and legal materials to ensure discretion and appropriate action is taken
  • Participate and lead various committees, task forces, and/or other WBI wide projects
  • Complete additional projects as needed
  • Support and engage in carrying out the CEO’s vision of the organization

Regional Sales Director

Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will plan and execute strategic and tactical plans to achieve the sales objectives assigned to them. The primary focus of the RDS is to:

  • Sustain and grow the usage of the company's products and services within their account base
  • Develop new business accounts within their region; Aggressive telephone and email activity i.e. 60+ touches a day when actively prospecting (several days a week)

Well versed in technologies surrounding the mail process industry. Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations, ability to write and direct proposal preparation, experienced in objection handling and negotiating.
