Window Book Scheduler

The Window Book Scheduler and its plugins constitute a service designed to allow you to automate the data requirements of your particular Window Book Product. DAT-MAIL™, Post Master™, TagMaster™ and DropShipIT™ are all capable of using the new service. Postal Package Partner™ with Open and Distribute will also use it for Data Distribution in the near future. 

Data distribution using the Window Book Scheduler - Whats New:

• You will no longer need to update destination data manually using the download from the Window Book website - the service downloads and applies the new data automatically on a schedule that you determine.
• The Service allows a daily update to the DropShip data with no manual intervention required.
• The data itself will appear with version numbers as well as dates.

The following plugins are used to automate the process of updating your DropShip and Labeling List data:

DropShip Data and DropShip Data on-Demand - used by DAT-MAIL™, Post Master™, and DropShipIT™ (and in the future Postal Package Partner™ with Open and Distribute) for updating the daily DropShip data, including BMC, SCF, DDU and city/state data produced by the US Postal Service. The Data Plugin allows a regular daily update. The On-Demand Plugin allows an immediate update of the DropShip Destination data upon opening the program and choosing a menu option.

Labeling List Data and Labeling List on-Demand - used by DAT-MAIL™ and Tag Master™ for updating the Labeling List data, as published in the DMM by the US Postal Service. The Data Plugin allows a regular update, with interval set by the user (for instance once a week). The On-Demand Plugin allows an immediate update of the Labeling List data after opening the program and choosing a menu option.
