New Postal Interface to your Business Management System

If your presort software does not generate Mail.dat files, then Post Master provides you with the postal statement generation and reporting you need to automate this work more fully.

Enhancements to DAT-MAIL and Post Master cement this bridge. DAT-MAIL and Post Master can now exchange data with other programs-like many commercial business management systems and even software you have developed yourself-via our ODBC Connectivity Module or other interfaces:

• ODBC Connectivity saves time in preparing postage statements by allowing mailers to access job, client, permit and other information directly from their business management and other systems. ODBC Connectivity also enables Post Master and DAT-MAIL users to export postage usage data that can be imported easily into other applications for accounting purposes.
• DAT-MAIL and Post Master can now interface to popular business management systems used in the mailing industry such as Mail-Shop® and PRO-MAIL® V5, with more on the way. These interfaces make it easy to: produce a wide range of postal forms; schedule drops in DAT-MAIL from imported Mail.dat files; transfer final postage back to the business system for accounting purposes; and print more than sixty essential management reports.

There is nothing on the market today that is remotely like DAT-MAIL. Other Mail.dat programs do some postage documentation and rudimentary reports. If you already use another Mail.dat program, DAT-MAIL picks up where it leaves off. DAT-MAIL has a number of optional modules so it can be configured to meet your needs without forcing you to overspend on functionality you won't use.
