New feature for Postal Package Partner:
Electronic Return Receipt Service
Window Book will soon be announcing PPP's new Electronic Return Receipt Service. This new electronic service is a faster and cost-effective solution for quickly producing PS forms 3800 and 3811 for proof of Mailing and Delivery.

"Electronic Return Receipt service replaces having to manually fill out the ‘Green Cards’ which is very tedious and lends itself to human error. If you are a bulk mailer, automating this process will reduce manual labor by 75% and dramatically decrease mistakes."

• Simply import the address information into Postal Package Partner and batch print all of the address labels and PS 3800 forms for proof of mailing.
• After shipping, you can use Postal Package Partner’s database to easily retrieve the Delivery date of each item and access the digitally captured signature when needed.
• You can also export the Electronic Return Receipt Article numbers into a text file, which can be imported into other programs for further reference.

Save time from manually matching the returned receipts with your mailing records. With this automated system, you no longer have to spend time manually matching the returned "Green Cards" with your mailing records for tracking proof of delivery.

Customers processing Accountable Mail which often requires tracking records of Proof of Mailing and Delivery will definitely save time and increase productivity in their mailing operation.
