Print Intelligent Mail barcodes on container labels and tray/sack tags with TagMaster®

The United States Postal Service (USPS®) will soon require mailers to change to a new more intelligent barcode on the bulk mail trays, sacks, pallets and other containers to comply with its new Intelligent Mail® full service requirements.

Window Book's TagMaster® has been updated to allow you to print Intelligent Mail barcodes on container labels, tray tags, sack tags and pallet placards.

TagMaster is an easy-to-use software that mailers can use to print single tags on-demand or in batch by utilizing Mail.dat® files. It also lets you store the data, so you can reprint tags later as needed. Now, it supports USPS Intelligent Mail barcodes and the new transitional 10-24 Barcode. Mailers can now be ready for the future and prepare their mailings cost effectively by using this flexible TagMaster software.

TagMaster is a cost effective tagging software that will enable you to qualify for automation discounts.

New Requirement for Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) Service barcode:
Effective July 1, 2008 mailers are required to use a concatenated UCC/EAN 128 Service barcode with a unique Service Type Code (STC) "55" on the address labels. In addition, the phrase, "USPS SCAN ON ARRIVAL," will need to be printed above the barcode.

Priority Mail Open and Distribute allows you to send sacks/trays of presorted mail to postal facilities located closer to where the item will be delivered. The mail gets to the recipient faster and in many cases for less postage. Click here to watch our video on how Postal Package Partner allows you to use Open and Distribute.
