Mail.XML 6.0 and FAST scheduling
Window Book is now certifed for Mail.XML 6.0 for scheduling appointments for all Drop Ship Destination entry and Origin mail online with the USPS® via PostalOne!
What you need to do to use FAST: You will need to fill out a survey and submit it to FAST in order to become certified. There will be a ramp-up period where testing needs to be done based on the items of interest you select in the survey. The testing phase is a requirement just like when applying for participation in PostalOne! or Web Services via TEM (Test Environment for Mailers).
Please email postalspecialist@windowbook.com if you need assistance with implementing FAST.
Do you need help processing eDocs or using PostalOne!?
Window Book's "Intelligent Mail On-Ramp Service" (IMORS) will help mailers set up a PostalOne! eDocs system, get tested for TEM and more.
- Using Business Customer Gateway
- Acquiring Mailer ID & CRID
- Setting up and testing uploading Mail.dat files using TEM (Test Environment for Mailers)
- Using FAST
Request your IMORS now and we will help you get going!

Easily manage Return Merchandises using "Return Merchandise system"
Unlike PC Postage return labels where the original shipper of the goods has to pay postage in advance regardless whether it is actually used or not, Postal Package Partner™ allows postage to be deducted only when it is used.
Stop paying postage on items that are not returned.
Simply print the Return Merchandise Label and include it in the box before shipping. If the item needs to be returned, the recipient of the package affixes the enclosed label to the return package and brings it to any Post Office. The postage isn't deducted from the original shipper's permit account until that label is used. Also, the original shipper can pre-print the RMA Number on the label which can be used to track and more easily manage the returns.
Returning items can be a tedious time consuming and costly process. By using Postal Package Partner'sTM Return Merchandise Labels, you are also supplying your customers with convenient return system and only paying shipping costs on what gets returned.
