Mail.XML 6.0 & FAST Drop Ship Scheduling 
Window Book is certified for Mail.XML 6.0 for scheduling appointments for all Drop Ship Destination entry and Origin mail online with the USPS® via PostalOne!® In order to use FAST, you need to first fill out a survey and submit it to FAST, get tested and certified. The testing phase is a requirement just like when applying for participation in PostalOne!® or Web Services via TEM (Test Environment for Mailers). Automatically Receive Updated Drop Ship Data & Labeling List Data Information 
Window Book's shipping and mailing software now have a new Data Distribution System that enables mailers to automatically update Drop Ship data and Labeling List data as changes are made on the USPS website. Once you configure your system and set the frequency of downloads, it will automatically update your program on a daily/weekly/monthly basis at a set time as programmed.

For mailers who process drop shipments of pallets of mail, tray tags, sack tags or Priority Mail Open and Distribute mailings, having up-to-date information on drop ship redirection file and labeling list data is a critical part of their operation. Using updated data will help them profit by making sure their handling units and containers go to the right place with the correct codes.

Reduce Merchandise Return Handling Fees
Window Book's Postal Package Partner™ has a Return Merchandise Label System where e-commerce shippers and Mail Order companies can save money while improving customer service on handling merchandise returns. Unlike PC postage return labels where your customer has to pay postage in advance regardless whether it is actually used or not, Postal Package Partner™ allows postage to be deducted only when it is used.

Stop paying postage on items that are not returned.
Simply print the Return Merchandise Label and include it in the box before shipping. If the item needs to be returned, the recipient of the package affixes the enclosed label to the return package and brings it to any Post Office. The postage isn’t deducted from the original shipper's permit account until that label is used. Also, the original shipper can pre-print the RMA Number on the label which can be used to track and more easily manage the returns.

Returning items can be a tedious time consuming and costly process.
