DAT-MAIL Prep™ - See How Much Time You Can Save processing your Mail.dat files
Do you use Mail.dat files to communicate mailing information electronically with the United States Postal Service® (USPS® ) and your partners? Then, you must know how critical it is to be able to configure the Mail.dat data – view, validate, edit, split, merge, convert – quickly and efficiently to meet production and delivery deadlines.
If you don’t have the right tools, it can be very time consuming to import and validate your Mail.dat data; sometimes you even have to re-start your import every time you encounter a validation error - and it can take a very long time to process these files.

Your solution:
Window Book’s new product, DAT-MAIL Prep is the perfect solution for anyone who has to work with Mail.dat data, and is a stand-alone product that mailers can use to do the initial ‘bulk’ processing before they actually import Mail.dat files into their post-presort software.

Get your mail delivered faster & save on postage with
USPS Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD)
Do you process Standard Mail®?
If so, here’s a great tip for you – By using the USPS® PMOD service you can get your Standard Mail delivered as fast as Priority Mail® while paying Standard Mail postage prices!
PMOD lets you drop ship presorted mail to postal entry points using Priority Mail as the shipping method rather than the more traditional way like truckload or air freight. In most cases, it is delivered faster for less money.
-
When was the last time you reviewed your drop ship analysis process to ensure your drop shipments are optimized?
-
Are you able to cost effectively drop ship to low-volume entry points or problem delivery areas?
-
Do you not currently drop ship your mail because of low volumes?
If you are unsure of the answers to these questions, you are likely a prime candidate for Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD).
Email postalspecialist@windowbook.com and discover how you can easily analyze cost, savings, print container breakout reports, automatically export the data, print PMOD labels and track mailings.
