Better Manage Spoilage -
Stop paying for
pieces you did not
mail
Virtually any mailing
operation will
at some point encounter
situations where
mailpieces are damaged,
spoiled, or
otherwise rendered
unmailable, or there
may be situations where
there is a shortage
of some or all of the
mailpiece
components. In either
case, the actual
mailing may end up to
be smaller in
quantity than
originally planned. You
don't need to pay
postage for those
spoiled or shorted
mailpieces.
If you do already have
an in-house system
to manage spoilage, is
it integrated
with your mailing
software? DAT-MAIL
post-presort software
can help you easily
manage spoilages or
shortages, generate
accurate mailing
documentation, and
avoid having to pay for
pieces that
did not get mailed.

can better manage
spoilage and start
saving money.
