Print Intelligent Mail barcodes on container labels and tray/sack tags with TagMaster®

The United States Postal Service (USPS®) will soon require mailers to change to a new more intelligent barcode on the bulk mail trays, sacks, pallets and other containers to comply with its new Intelligent Mail® full service requirements. Window Book's TagMaster® has been updated to allow you to print Intelligent Mail barcodes on container labels, tray tags, sack tags and pallet placards.

1. Eliminate manually filling out any USPS forms and/or statements Hand writing the forms/statements is a tedious procedure which lends itself to human error. Make sure your software can create and edit mailing statements. Provide both internal and external customers with computer-generated documentation, with the ability to incorporate last minute changes. Currently mailers are highly recommended to use the electronic option for Delivery ConfirmationTM service on Priority Mail Open and Distribute containers. The USPS® recently proposed new standards for Priority Mail Open and Distribute formerly called Priority Mail Drop Ship. The new standards will require the use of delivery confirmation when using Priority Mail Open and Distribute.
