New Return Merchandise Service

Postal Package Partner
(PPP) has now been updated with a Return Merchandise Service functionality that will help you lower expenses and increase efficiency on your return services.
Unlike PC Postage return labels where you have to pay postage in advance regardless whether it is actually used or not, Postal Package Partner allows postage to be deducted only when it is used.
This is how it works:
Simply print the Return Merchandise Label and include it in the box before shipping. If the item needs to be returned, the recipient of the package simply affixes the enclosed label to the return package and brings it to any Post Office location. The postage isn't deducted from your permit account until that label is used. Also, you can pre-print the RMA Number on the label which can be used to track and more easily manage the returns.
You can save time by importing the mailing addresses into PPP and printing the labels in batches, instead of manually entering all the addresses one by one.
