Window Book announces DAT-MAIL™ support for PostalOne!® Wizard Web Services

Window Book is pleased to announce DAT-MAIL support for PostalOne! Web Services for exchanging mailing documents and making postage payments with the Postal Service. Currently, it supports the following PS forms: 3600-R, 3602-R, and 3602-N. More forms are continually being added through our one-on-one development efforts with the USPS.

Web Services provides an innovative way for mailers to communicate with the Postal Service electronically for greater efficiency and accuracy. In order to use this web service, one must first register for PostalOne! portal system. By using the Web Services, you are linking your mailing information electronically with the Postal Service near real-time for acceptance, verification of postage payment, and elimination of most of the paperwork.

"Now mailers can simply upload their files from the computer using Web Services and process postage statements and qualification reports. This streamlined procedure will let you save time drastically since all the data will already be available to your local BMEU before you arrive there with your mailings," said Jeffery Peoples, Window Book’s CEO.

One of the requirements for participating in Full Service Intelligent Mail is having the ability to upload eDocs with PostalOne! Web Services or Mail.dat. Mailers are urged to visit Window Book's Intelligent Mail website and learn how they can be prepared for meeting Intelligent Mail mandates.
