Window Book Receives USPS® Certification as a Vendor for Producing Intelligent Mail® Tray Labels

Window Book has successfully completed the USPS Intelligent Mail Label evaluation process and is now a certified vendor for producing Intelligent Mail® tray labels for Intelligent Mail full service. This means mailers can utilize Window Book’s DAT-MAIL™ mailing software to produce 10/24 Tray and Sack Transitional Tags for Intelligent Mail testing or live jobs now and the 24 digit only barcode in May of 2009. Mailers can be confident that when they use DAT-MAIL™ to produce their tray labels now or in the future they are complying with current regulations as well as the new requirements for upcoming USPS® Intelligent Mail Full Service.

The USPS Intelligent Mail barcode is an electronic system designed for real-time data exchange by the mailers and USPS to communicate information on address quality, presort data accuracy, and postage payment.

Window Book’s DAT-MAIL™ includes Intelligent Mail solutions to help mailers comply with Intelligent Mail full service requirements, including Intelligent Mail barcoded sack/tray tags and pallet placards, electronic mailing documentation (eDocumentation) with PostalOne! using Mail.dat upload, Wizard Web Services or Mail.XML files, and FAST web services for Drop ship appointment setting.
