DAT-MAIL™ Receives USPS® Certification for 24-digit Intelligent Mail® Tray Labels

Window Book has successfully completed the USPS Intelligent Mail® tray label certification process and is now a certified vendor for producing 24-digit Intelligent Mail tray labels. The new 24-digit barcode label will soon be replacing the 10-digit and 10/24 transitional barcode labels which are currently used by the Postal industry. Mailers can use DAT-MAIL™ now to produce 10/24 tray and sack tags for testing or live jobs and 24-digit barcode on April 6, 2009. Mailers can be assured that when they use DAT-MAIL™ to produce their tray and sack labels they are complying with new requirements for USPS® Intelligent Mail Full Service.

“DAT-MAIL™ is certified for both 10/24 transitional and 24-digit Intelligent Mail tray labels, and we are very excited to be able to help mailers meet Intelligent Mail Full Service requirements with a smooth transition,” said Jeffery Peoples, Window Book’s CEO.

Window Book's DAT-MAIL™ includes Intelligent Mail solutions to help mailers comply with Intelligent Mail Full Service requirements, including Intelligent Mail barcoded sack/tray tags and pallet placards, electronic mailing documentation (eDocumentation) with PostalOne! using Mail.dat upload, Wizard Web Services or Mail.XML files, and FAST web services for drop ship appointment setting. Window Book will soon be releasing DAT-MAIL™ with Mail.dat 09-1 to facilitate eDoc submission using PostalOne! after May 18, 2009.
