Michael Shaffer Joins Window Book as a Senior .NET Developer

Window Book is pleased to announce Michael Shaffer has joined Window Book as a Senior .NET Developer. Michael will be working with the .NET Development team to ensure Window Book’s products support the current needs of our clients and meet U.S. Postal Service®’s regulations. Maintaining .NET will enable Window Book to leverage existing technologies and deliver solutions to their clients faster and more accurately with less service interruption.

“Our Postal .NET technology will enable our clients to communicate efficiently with USPS Servers for Mail.XML, FAST, and Intelligent Mail Full Service among other features. We are constantly updating Window Book’s Smart Postal Software Solutions to be aligned with ever changing USPS® regulations and options as well as meeting our clients’ needs,” said Jeffery Peoples, Window Book’s CEO.

Prior to joining Window Book, Michael was a Software Engineer at National Presort and Lockheed Martin Distribution Technologies where he was responsible for designing software with Manifesting and Mail.dat components. His years of experience with Mail.dat and Postal regulations will definitely be an asset to Window Book’s .NET development effort.
