Postal Permit Required for Bound Printed Matter

As of September 11^th, 2008 The USPS® is requiring all Bound Printed Matter (BPM) be paid by Postal Permit only. Mailers will no longer be able to use stamps or a meter and the USPS® will no longer accept BPM mailings in collection boxes, at retail counters, or through carriers.
