Fast and Accurate Data Entry
Meter and Stamp Manager lets you enter your meter readings and
stamp applicator machine counts quickly, and with greater accuracy
than ever before. It immediately shows you if the descending and ascending counts
you enter, reconciled. It also provides immediate warnings of gaps or overlaps in
the readings you have entered. Use Meter and Stamp Manager to eliminate paper meter
slips. It also lets you redistribute the work from clerical or management staff
directly to the shop floor personnel.
Meter & Stamp is easy
You can enter data 'after-the-fact' from your current paper "meter slips" or eliminate
paper slips by entering the data in real time
on your shop floor. Meter Master is multi-user and very easy to use so it can setup
on multiple workstations, right where the meter and stamp postage
is affixed. You can setup your meters and stamp types quickly and easily. You can
indicate what the maximum postage, decimal accuracy and maximum machine count is
for each meter. You can group meters by "Mailer ID" to indicate
they share a single payment account. After you do your setup, you enter your beginning
readings and you are ready to go 'live'.
Fast and Fool-Proof
Entering usage in Meter and Stamp Manager is easy and fast and
far more accurate than in most "home grown" systems. If you are entering this data
in real time, a special 'batch mode' feature allows the system to automatically
use the last ending readings on a meter as the next beginning readings. If you enter
dollar readings and machine counts that do not agree, you get an immediate warning. The
