Connect directly to your customer and/or order database, to import a package or addressee file, or to enter addressee information manually on a package-by-package basis.

Once you’ve pulled up the package or customer information, weigh your parcel, make any changes to class of mail, select any additional Special Services required, and print the shipping label.

The shipping label contains all of the necessary Delivery Confirmation information, including a Delivery Confirmation bar code.

All postage and fees are calculated and stored along with reference numbers that can be assigned by the shipper.

Facilitate excellent customer service with PPP’s many options for exporting and reporting final package data, such as ship date, delivery status, and postage amount.

For High-Volume Shippers

Whether you ship 50,500 or 5,000+ packages daily, use the Postal Package Partner MAC Gold or Advanced Version to Manifest, which means to pay postage with a Permit. With support for multiple permits, the best systems integration tools, and optional high-speed label printing, PPP makes sense for large shippers and fulfillment houses alike.

For Mid-Volume Shippers

If you ship 10-50 packages daily, if you need to ship to APO/FPO addresses, or if you need a variety of mail classes, choose Postal Package Partner. PPP's Standard and MAC Gold Versions provide the strongest bridge between the mid-volume shipper, the U.S. Postal Service, and your customers!

For Low-Volume Shippers

If you ship up to 10 Priority or Express Mail packages per day, use the U.S. Postal Service's FREE Click-N-Ship® solution.

Stop wasting time and money tracking down and resending undeliverable items. Perform an address check either when you input address information or upon importing addresses. PPP checks each address against the latest address and ZIP 4 information in the U.S. Postal Service's Online Database to ensure that your packages are delivered straight to your customers.
