We know the best advertising is "word of mouth", simply tell your friends, colleagues, web site visitors & newsletter readers about Window Book’s software products and we will reward you with a referral check of 5% of the selling price for every new customer you refer to us! There is no limit on how big your referral check can be!

Nothing compares to the credibility and insight that you, our customer, can provide when discussing business successes with your peers. Once the sale closes, your bonus comes to you in the form of a referral fee check representing 5% of the selling price of the software. The check is your reward for referring new opportunities to Window Book, Inc. All Window Book, Inc. customers are eligible to participate, regardless of the postal solution product you own.

All Window Book customers are eligible to participate. Under the program, you’ll be paid a referral fee equal to 5% of the actual sale price of the software, which is net of any promotions or discounts. (Excludes any support plans, services or training, etc.) The reward will be sent to you in the form of a referral fee check 90 days after the sale closes as long as the order has been paid in full. The 90-day grace period ensures that the referred customer is satisfied with the software, and gives them sufficient time to make the full payment.

By receiving a check from Window Book’s finance department, this gives you, the referring customer, the freedom to use the money wherever you see fit. You can pass it on to the employee who referred the prospect, donate it to charity, deposit it in your bank account, spend it, or apply it as a credit to future Window Book renewals, upgrades or purchases.

How You Can Get Started

You can qualify a prospect by taking one of the following actions:
Contact a Postal Product Specialist by calling 800-240-3710, completing the Software Referral Form and faxing it to 617-395-5945, or doing it online.

Once a Window Book representative qualifies and accepts the lead, they will refer them to our Postal Product Specialists.

Window Book will review our database on a monthly basis and process referral payments for opportunities that were registered and closed under this program.

Note: Window Book Inc reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement without notice in the interest of responding to market challenges and opportunities. We will notify you in a timely manner of any changes. Products must be purchased within 12 months of the referral date for you to qualify for the referral fee. To properly track and process your referral payment, referring customers must fill out and submit the Payment Request Form.
