NEW “Alt View” Option On Print Labels Tab:
As a result of Customer Requests, we have added a New “Alt View” Option on the Print Labels Tab. This exciting new feature gives you the ability to configure which columns to display on the Print Labels Tab and in what order! With the flexibility to customize the Print Labels Tab you can make editing your packages more efficient. There is now a new button labeled “Alt View” towards the bottom center of the screen. After clicking this button you can define your views by clicking on the “Define Views” button on the bottom right of the screen. Now you can create views customized to your shipping operation and save them for future use!

Added Ability To Export New “Carrier” Field:
In response to Customer Feedback, we've added the ability to export a New Carrier Export Field. This will be valuable for users who are exporting their PPP Data and integrating it into a Shipping Database that includes multiple carriers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc). The new feature lets you export a carrier field indicating whether the item was mailed via “USPS”, “UPS Mail Innovations” or “FedEx SmartPost”.

Added NEW “Do Not Take Barcoded Discount On Package Services” Option:
We have added a new “Do Not Take Barcoded Discount On Package Services” Option on the Advanced Settings Tab in the Mailer Configuration. PPP automatically prints the barcode on labels so that if you have enough volume in the mailing to qualify for the discount, the discount is automatically calculated on the USPS Manifest Paperwork. However, we are getting more customers who simply use PPP to generate the Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number and send the Electronic File to the USPS Product Tracking System (so they are not printing labels in PPP and not generating the barcode on their customized packaging). This New option gives the user the ability to generate accurate USPS Manifest Paperwork if not eligible for the Barcode Discount!

If you enter a package dated prior to April 17th, you will get the current rates. If you enter a package dated on or after April 17th, you will get the New Rates and Postage Statements. |

New “Always Insert Record” Option For ODBC Export:
As a result of Customer Requests, we have added a new “Always Insert Record" Option for ODBC Export Users. With this option enabled, PPP creates a New Record in the ODBC Source for every record -- which gives the ability to have Multiple Tracking Numbers for the same Order Number! When this option remains unchecked, the ODBC Export will work as before: PPP will check in the ODBC Database for a matching Order Number and update the record with the Tracking Information. If there is no matching Order Number, a New Record will be inserted. |

New “Void Indicator” Field added to ODBC Export Mappings:
In response to customer feedback, we have added a new "Void Indicator" Field to the ODBC Export Mappings. This gives ODBC Export users the ability to monitor packages which have been voided. When a record is voided from the “Print Labels” Tab in Daily Shipping, PPP will send a “Y” Value to the Field mapped in the ODBC Export Settings. |

New Automated Features For Multi-Manifest Users Using Import Agent:
An exciting new feature for Multi-Manifest Module users using the Import Agent. There are now two new options in the Import Agent Settings Tab (when the Multi-Manifest Option is enabled): "Auto Create Manifest Records" and "Automatically Write Tracking Information". Previously, when Multi-Manifest users imported files using the Import Agent, they would be prompted to create and/or enter a manifest number. With this new automated feature, PPP will automatically create a Manifest, based on the Client Code that is mapped in the Import File.
NOTE: This requires the user to add a New “Client Code” Field in their file and map it in the Import Template. In addition, users can automatically write the Tracking Information to the ODBC Export Source with the same matching Client Code - which enables the ODBC Export to write to two different Databases at the same time!

We have added the ability to map the Processing Category in ODBC Import and ODBC Export. Useful for Shippers as they will no longer need to select the Processing Category for every package mailed – It will populate the field automatically! |

Support Multiple ODBC Databases
PPP now supports multiple ODBC Databases! You can now setup multiple ODBC Setups in Mailer Configuration. Then you can easily switch back and forth between the databases on the Daily Shipping Screen by clicking on the Down-Arrow next to the "Addressee Number" Field. |

Support for a Secondary Label Printer
PPP now supports two Label Printers! This is an enormously useful feature for Shippers who need to use more than one label stock. For example, you can now use a smaller label for items that do not have Delivery Confirmation or a different type of label for a different Class of Mail. |

Ability to Save Exported Data in Excel Format

The small address label is very useful when mailing First Class Letter Pieces. It’s a small address label that you can place on #10 envelopes.
