b. Conversion window refreshes every 1000 records now instead of every 1% (for large table this could have previously only been once per minute and application might have appeared to be locked up). These updates include the following: count of records processed, parent window redraw to remove screen droppings (if other windows had dragged over it), elapsed time for current table conversion, estimate of time until table is converted

The Name of Mailer or Agent in the Certification section was not populating in 1st Class/Standard Statements. We have modified the method of populating these values consistently across all statement types. We will first look to the Mailing Agent record's Contact tab. If Contact Name is populated, then we will use that value. However, if the Prepared By field on the statement update form is populated, this will override the Mailing Agent Contact Name. Next, we will look to the Mailing Agent Contact tab for Phone Number and print that value, if populated. If it is blank, we will use the Phone Number from the General tab of the Mailing Agent record.

We researched an invalid message box that appeared when Accounting users are ready to Close their job. They got a message "Not all Statements for this Job have been verified. Are you sure you would like to continue closing this job?". All statements were, in fact, verified. Existing consolidated statements exhibiting this problem should be unverified and re-verified to address this problem. Furthermore, a similar situation exists for statements verified from MD Client Manager where the related Accounting records were not updated (only applies to accounting customers using MD Client Manager).
