We have moved the position for the option box ‘Keep Records in DB (days)’ in an effort to disassociate it from the other logging option.  This setting is defaulted to 180 days and controls how long the USPS Job and Receipts should be kept in the database.  This information is used in eDoc Monitor and our TMS processing.  If a value under 30 days is entered, a warning will appear instructing the user that this value is not recommended.

We have corrected an issue with the MDSM – Mail.dat Service Manager Plug-In where the setting ‘Keep Records in DB (days)’ would sometimes get changed to a value of 1 day.  This would cause the USPS Job and Receipt data to be purged too soon.
