Case #2555 - The generated IMR records are no longer separated by CQT ID, resulting in a smaller condensed data set. Duplicate sequence numbers for Basic pieces are now condensed together into a single IMR record.

Case #3338 - A validation log file is now always created when validation is enabled. Entries in the log file now show when files were error free and which optional files were missing from the data set.

Case #3338 - The program now attaches the compliance validation log file(s) to the e-mail message when validation errors are encountered.
Case #4102 - Added support for new Mail.dat version 11-1. Note: This enhancement requires DBUpdater version 7.0.17.0.
