Added default dropship option to program setupstatement tab. This option has no affect on the import daemon. The default value is the option initially displayed on the statement generate screen Drop Ship check box, which can be overridden for individual statement generations. (Project #1996). |

Drop Ship option on statement generate screen is now always displayed - was previously hidden under certain conditions. (Project #1616). |
