When inserting a mail statement, the new Mail.Ctl_No value should not select a value that exists in Par.Seq_No. In some instances where a mail statement has been deleted (especially if it was highest Ctl_No), that number would be re-used. If postage accounting data existed for that statement, it could result in confusion while reading some Postage Reports. This solution prevents the re-use of Mail.Ctl_No values that have postage accounting information. |

Statement's Weight Button Update (Project #3473). The look-up button at the piece weight field for 1st Class and Standard was not putting the calculated weight into the piece weight field and is now fixed. |
Problem setting gross weight display on 8125 (Project #3472). The printed 8125 was still printing the Gross Weight even when the setup option for Do Not Print 8125 Gross Weight was checked. Also, the printed 8125 now correctly checks mail classes in Box #9. Statement tagging process on the 8125 update window has also been improved to allow selecting different mail classes (older 8125s were not allowed to mix classes without using an 8125-C). |
CSR Reports have no default date (Project #3474). The Condensed CSR Report by Job was missing a default run-time date and not retaining the date between report runs. |
Permit Activity Report problem (Project #3477). When first logging into Accounting and running a Permit Activity Report by Date Range, the report is correct. Running the report a second time without closing out of Accounting results in very little data being displayed, if any. This was also showing up when using the GL Period runtime option. Enhanced the report options window to now display the Permits PO of Mailing. The Report Options window has also been enhanced when selecting a Job to display the client code for that job as well. |
CSR Reports have wrong Total (Project #3475). The CSR Job Report was displaying an incorrect Postage Total (doubled amount). |
Default Statements Purge Settings (Project #3460). When purging by date, the user is given a final "Are You Sure" message and the default date is no longer defaulting to "Delete all records up through today". |
| NOTE: Requires a file conversion if updating from PM version 5.04.20.05 or lower. |
