| -PostalOne! Enhancements: |
| 1. We now log every PostalOne! Export so you can see a history of what release files you have generated for each job. |
| 2. We now include checking for ship date, Mailing Facility DUNS and some other PostalOne! required fields that have not been checked when you did your export before. Mailer Duns number will default to your registration DUNS but can be over-ridden. |
| 3. The screen that shows you what has to be populated for PostalOne! includes the previously omitted fields and works a lot better on subsequent exports. |

| -Confirm ASN Enhancements & EMD Enhancements: |
| 1. If you do not enter a drop date, we will now calculate one for you automatically, based on average transit times for the different facility types. |
| 2. The Job numbers in the EMD file and ASN file now show YOUR job numbers. In ASN, the 50 character job number consists of the 20 character DAT-MAIL/POST MASTER JOB + the Job Description starting at character 21 of the job field. |
| 3. You can delete unwanted EMD/ASN records you do not want to upload |
| 4. EMD/ASN records are tagged for uploading automatically after you print the 8125 or 3152. No need to select these records any more (unless you want to). |
| -Coming Soon! we will support the PostalOne! pilot program which populates the MAIL.DAT with your EMD and ASN data so you do not have to upload files to Entry Info or Confirm ASN any more. The data will be uploaded to PostalOne! and they will transfer it to ASN or Entry Info for you! It will also include the SNR or SPR files if needed. |
