Internal/Programming Enhancement

Palletization support added for AADC letter trays on SCF Pallets (Case #555).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Mailing Recap report and Commingle reports now support 9 rate category columns instead of 8 which will correct the report of ECR pieces showing up in the wrong column (Case #612).  Also found and corrected a problem with the Enhanced Qual Report where one column was skipped which put the next column in the wrong location.
