Internal/Programming Enhancement New option to generate statements by Truck Number (Case #671).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Tag by Range feature in CQT browse now provides Rate Category lookup button so user does not have to remember the mail.dat code for a specific rate (Case #1342).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Entry Line now prints on the placard (Case #1355).  Placard printing now includes the OriginXXX facility types when determining EntryLine.
