First Class Parcel Surcharge Restored (Case #1383). 
Internal/Programming Enhancement Missing pallet code on PostalOne! export – minor change to make pallets consistent with containers (Case #1378).  If the calculated delivery zip for a pallet is blank, the original delivery zip value will no longer be overwritten with a blank - the original value will stand.
