Internal/Programming Enhancement

Copied MPA ID option at MPU View (Case #1410).
Internal/Programming Enhancement WWS Qual Report Reviewed (Case #1537).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Revised Reports - Added "by Entry Point" or "by Delivery Zip" text to reports that appear on both Production and Transportation Report Menus (Case #1494).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Modified PostalOne! Export for canceling statements (Case #1534).  A new button was added to the PostalOne! Release browse which prompts the user to select a statement related to the highlighted release record and marks the corresponding CSM records with a 'C' in the RecordStatus field.  An export mail.dat file is created for upload to PostalOne! and the CSM records are then marked as blank in the tps file so they can be reselected and included on a new statement.  Note: The Update PostalOne! exports exclude records that have been PAID or have not had statements generated yet.
