Internal/Programming Enhancement Correction to Freight Plan problem using ALG CSV. L010 contains two zips (51799 and 66399) that only exist in L010 - modified the CoPal palletization code to redirect these two zips to SCF 500 and SCF 660.  Any future L010 changes may require more changes (Case #1555).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Added another Auto Palletization option (Case #1186).
