Updated code for Periodicals rates to allow entering a number into the Machinable flat section when the weight is > 20 ounces (Case #805) . |

Client Activity Reports (Case #782). Modified reports by searching the Xfers table for the related Xfer Control number, and displaying that in the Control No. column of the report followed by an "x" to indicate it as a transfer Control No.
a. Reports changed are:
Client Activity Report (Single Client), Client Period Report (All Clients), Client Billing History Report, Job Activity Report (Single Client), Job Period Report (All Clients) and Job Billing History.
b. Changes to the Transfers Browse window was in order to help customer locate Transfer records:
i. Added a Date Tab showing the data in Date, Control No order (existing key).
ii. Added Date Range entry fields with calendar buttons. Clicking the "Date Range" text allows setting dates from GL Periods.
iii. Added a Job selection filter button for this tab only.
iv. Added a column to the browse that indicates the type of transer (Disbursement, Receipt, Applied Postage) |

Corrected data loss for Transfer Records (Case #783). Some Par records were we getting deleted (disbursements, receipts, and during job closed) when they should have been voided. The result was that records were disappearing when looking at Transfer records later, and the MailedFor field could not update (can't update a record that does not exist). In addition to not allowing Par records to get deleted this way, existing transfer records can now be modifed as this process will create a new Par record when the target record no longer exists. |
