Update to postage rounding (Case #998). Changed the calculations for Outside County pound postage to reflect whether or not advertising postage is needed, which eliminates the need for the global rounding setup option. Other changes include rounding total In-County postage and Outside County postage to two decimal places. Also a correction to the printing of the statements where the total for Part A (In-County) was inaccurate. Periodical rounding changes. |
