Enhancement to Publications (Case #1110). Periodical Update window now functions with Publications settings. The Publication file now displays a Profit checkbox. The default action on NEW publication records will be Profit (checked). With this update, existing Publications are defaulted to unchecked (NonProfit) and should be reviewed. When a publication is set to NonProfit, the system will automatically select the 3541 NonProfit form when inserting a new Periodical Statement. |

Slight changes for Wizard Web Services:
a. Dropped internal statement validation rules to see if they conform to USPS WWS rules for two reasons:
i. To be able to show that errors and warnings from the USPS indicating verification rules are in fact displayed (they would have been prevented before).
ii. That verification rules are either being handled inconsistently or are becoming more complicated than necessary to support. Now, if the USPS changes the rules, users aren't forced to wait for an update of the application.
b. Batch WWS uploading changes:
i. Record locking and unlockingtweaked slightly.
ii. DS Layer de-initialization at close of the execution thread to prevent Error 37s. |
