Internal/Programming Enhancement

Text added for Entry Point Discount on 3602-C. (Case #1558).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Update - 3606 Browse now shows the Piece Count (Case #1559).
Internal/Programming Enhancement Wizard Web Services Changes:
 a. When creating or editing a statement with a destination - The prompt to create a related 8125 is now occurring upon export to WWS.
 b. Update to Consolidated Statements (Pending or Finalized statements can no longer be imported to consolidated).
 c. When editing a consolidated statement previously exported to WWS, the "Add to PostalOne" check box now defaults to checked and automatically updates the WWS Queue with any changes.
 d. Consolidated updated window was now attempts to validate the data before exporting (making sure containers are in the statement).
 e. Consolidated Statement browse - disabled change button when the statement has WWS Status of Pending or Finalized.
 f. 3600-R Priority statements now correctly support Retail and Discount (Commercial) rates.
