Redirection Address issue (Case #426).
a. The Destination functions now correctly populate the Pallet field when calling the Browse Destinations window.
b. When retrieving a facility address, we are now calling the new DSI:SiteHasUserDestRecord function to see if any alternate facilities exist for the physical zip. If so, then we use that facility, otherwise we use the EntryZip process following the DEPS redirection rules. |

Statement issues using Parts A and G (Case 430)
a. Now using the latest Statement rates dll.
b. "Letters Paid as NFM" check box now checked in this situation on the 3602-R and 3602-RV |

Mailing Systems - First Class N/I Stmnt has been revised (Case #430). First Class non-identical weight statements used to show 'blank' postage rates on page two since these rates actually vary by weight, and this was not happening in the new rate case. |

Create and Apply Dynamic DLL Loading Class for PMWRP (Case #388). Report dll now only loads in PM and DAT-Mail statements when it is first used, which should speed up program use for those who don't need reporting functions. |
