Internal/Programming Enhancement 3541 Statement changes:
 a. 3541-M, Mailing section - top horizontal line is now the correct length.
 b. Part F now printing (does not apply to 3541-M).
 c. Line C30 NonAdv discount - now prints the correct value.
 d. Statement printing service updated to print the new 3541.
