Internal/Programming Enhancement Added new Setup Wizard which by default runs the first time the Wizard attempts to run a profile. A message is displayed telling the user that he needs to answer some questions before the Wzard can run so that he will know what is happening. The Setup Wizard will not run again unless forced (which can be done in the profile browse menu bar). Since no profiles are involved, the Setup Wizard is a single step process meaning you answer the question and then if answered "yes" and click on "Next" the appropriate setup window is displayed with Wizard help icons appears. Closing that setup window brings you back to the Setup Wizard dialog with the next question displayed.
