Fixed bug with statement default for check_req when running Wizard. Wizard does not prompt for this setting so it was always getting set false regardless of the global default. |

Added Wizard help to all windows |

Added "tip" text to the Wizard icons that tell the user to either click on the icon and view text at the bottom of screen (this is when the icon is not the current step) OR it tells the user to use the spin control or double click on the icon to advance to the next step. The double clicking on the current step is something new too. This is an attempt to make it more obvious to the user that he needs to look at the text at the bottom of the screen and how to switch from step to step. |
