QuickPlan/Planalyzer Pallet Enhancement - Added new pallet minimums. |
 |
Fix Qualification report problem where ContainerGroupID was not displaying properly. |
| Special enhancements for Quick Plan & Planylizer Users! | | This release changes the prior way minimum containers were handled. Now Container and Pallet (Mother Pallets and Regular Pallets) minimums are considered together. If both are zero then neither is considered in any minimum tests. If both are non-zero and either test is satisfied, both Containers and Pallets can go to the entry point in question. If one minimum is non-zero and the other minimum is zero then the non-zero minimum can go to the entry point in question if it passes the minimum test but the zero minimum cannot go regardless of its actual count. This can be used to prohibit Containers or Pallets from going to an entry point (Planalyzer) or discount type (QP). Because of this project, users that currently have Container minimums established would have to edit their Freight Tables or Quick Plan minimums to account for how they want to handle Pallets. The default for Pallets will be zero, which, if left unchanged in a Freight Table that indicates Containers as a minimum requirement, will prohibit pallets from going anywhere except origin. Again, this is not an issue unless the Freight Table records Minimum Type is By Container or if the Quick Plan minimums for Containers have been set. |
