Found and fixed an Auto Ident Client problem. On statement generate window, the client field must be blank when using Auto Ident Client. However, if clearing the client field on the window failed to clear an associated variable. This could cause the default client to be used in statement generate instead of the auto identified client. |

Changed permit assignment precedence during statement generate when Auto Ident Client is active. If the component (CPT) permit field is blank then the client's permit will be used first (if present) before using the default permit. |
