Requalify First Class mail option has been added to the main setup window, advanced tab. When activated, this will cause the import process to look for First Class mail with fewer than 500 presort pieces (but has at least one presort piece) and if found, will change rate category 'N' to 'S' for CQT, PQT & SPR.? |
