| Miscellaneous Statements: |
| a. Post Office of mailing always cleared now when payment type is Meter or Stamps (and no permit value entered). |
| b. Receipt defaults to statement control number when Auto Receipt Numbering is set to Permit and the payment type does not include a permit value. |
| c. CSV Export defaults receipt to control number when the receipt value is empty and the Auto Receipt Numbering is set to Permit. |
| Mail Statement header record is locked during printing a regular statement, and a statement will not get printed if someone else has that statement locked for editing. |
| Multi-Job statements changes statement header piece weight when only one multi-job record entered. |
| When deleting mail statements, the associated DAT-Mail Cross reference record to the Mail.dat file is also deleted. |
| New file update runs depending on contents of pmws.ini - has to do with multi-job data files. Only runs if [File Utilities] section of pmws.ini has no value for 01-LotToVersion. |
| Multi-Version statement data entry: |
| a. Detail browse when you press detail button: Add Lot and Version to the right of part. |
| b. Multiple Job/Client Browse, Job Tab: Add Version to the right of LOT. |
| c. When you click on the DETAIL it is showing all detail for the lot. It will now limit the display to just records for the version highlighted on the Job listing browse. |
| d. Multiple Job/Client List, Detail Listing tab - restrict listing to version that was highlighted when tab was pressed. |
| e. Default jbd:lot (and msd:lot) to mai:lot. |
| f. JobDist update: Add the version field and place it under the lot field. |
| g. Change the ounces spin wheel in 1st class mailings to interact with the Version field, not Lot. |
| h. When entering calculations, they must inherit version and lot data from JBD when MSD records are saved. MSD:LOT=JBD:LOT, MSD:VERSION=JBD:VERSION. |
| i. When the Close button is pressed on the Multiple Client/Job Listing to go back to the calculation tab, it wipes out all of the jobdist records for all but the first version. |
| j. Breakout Report- to be sorted by Client, Job, Lot and Version. Add version to subtotals. |
