| If the 'control meter/stamp inventory' checkbox is unchecked, the way we deal with meter and stamp postage changes in the postage accounting system. Instead of getting lookups of the meter and stamp file, if Meter is selected, the permit field is populated by "METER" and skipped over and if stamps is selected, the value is "STAMPS". No lookup is allowed. This is true of the disbursement screen and the receipts screen when receipts for checking account 99 (direct USPS receipt) are received. Repaired. |
| On the new receipts and disbursements screens, if you press the lookup you get a filtered lookup showing only jobs for the selected clients but if you press the down arrow key you can scroll through all jobs (typical pdlookup behavior). Our existing customers are used to use that down arrow key and this will be a big problem for them. If they press down arrow they should get a filtered list (perhaps make it a hotkey to call the lookup browse). Fixed. |
