I liked the fact that I wasn't stuck on the phone trying to find the different files being told to me over the phone. It was nice being able to just have Scott open and close what he needed to. This is a brand new system for us and I am still getting use to where everything is.

Overall I am very satisfied with the services that Scott provided, he was very helpfull and willing to go the extra mile to resolve the issue, even delay his lunch! Any orginization would be luck to have Scott as an employee. This is the second time I've contacted tech support and both time were very pleasent, the Tech team resolved the issues in a timely manner. Keep up the great work Team Winbook!!!
