We had computer problems.... our computer would freeze up and we would have to re-start it about 5-10 times a day. Scott tried to save as much as he could from our crappy old computers and transferred it to our new one without much effort on our part. Scott has been helpful in telling us about a new product that windowbook has that will allow us to use our existing database of addresses in windowbook. ***I want it!!!*** Scott has been professional, fast, courteous; everything I want in a vendor.
