I was surprised that you guys were willing to remote into my computers and do the installation for me. Really surprised. Few companies wouldn't even think to even offer assistance on the level your company offers it. My supervisor Pat Weagley will be happy to know that DAT-MAIL is up and running when he comes back from vacation.

It was nice to see the program updates in place. This will greatly improve the functionality of the PPP program! It is also nice to see that Windowbook will help with the USPS certification on the new barcode standards, again very proactive and customer focused.

Excellent, I like the way we can chat, and I can see what he is doing. And the best is that I DON'T have to do it with following directions over the phone! I can leave my desk and do other things. I'm tied up on the phone or screen.
